How We Began

A journey fueled by care, passion, and culinary expertise.

My inspiration to become a Chef started as a youth cooking with my mom and grandmother in the kitchen. While majoring in Biology at UCLA and minoring in Nutrition and being an athlete myself by playing football, I switched paths to the culinary arts field and started my journey to becoming a personal chef for professional athletes that thrived for years. After caring for my parents in their later years and after their passing Organic Meals To Go was born in 2006. I have always believed in the holistic approach to healing and nourishing the body and it shows through my approach in serving my customers. “Your Health is Your Wealth”

Organic Meals To Go began with a deeply personal mission. In 2004, the founder’s father was diagnosed with cancer, and the founder’s mother faced major health challenges, including back surgery and a pacemaker. Acting as a full-time caregiver, the founder turned to food and nutrition as a way to support their healing — and discovered a true calling.

This led our founder to earn a French culinary degree and certified executive chef accreditation from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in San Francisco in 2006.
